Pachy can;t get rid of the teeth block and Pachy
You turn on the alpha channel option in gimp, and use the erasing tool and erase the area around the teeth to get rid of the teeth block,

does he happen to have photoshop? i can tell him how to do it in photoshop. i dont have any experience in GIMP, so i cant help him unless he uses photoshop as an alternative. dont get me wrong though, GIMP is an excellent photo-editing software, i just prefer photoshop because ive been using it since i was a little tyke.

EDIT: didn't RSR post a video on how to erase teeth blocks on GIMP? you should check that out, it goes into full details and you can see exactly which buttons to click.

really? are you sure u did everything? and are you sure that you dont have a background layer behind the skin? because once you erase the toothblocks, there should be numerous grey and white checkerboard squares (which would indicate that there is nothing behind that layer).

I know the easiest way use paint.net, open the opa and the bmp, delet the black marking on the opa copy paste it and save it on DDS. its easy.

could someone please quickly remove the teeth block it's giving me hell
