Carnivore Scent Mod

Ok, can someone make a mod that makes carnivores try to smell out there prey. Like if ther facing away from ther prey they won't know where it is, but when it face's its prey, it will smell it and attack it.

I don't think you can, i know there is a mod to make it look like there tracking prey but the ai itself isn't tracking anything.

I don't think you can. That involves editing the individual dinosaur's programming I believe.

But its still possible is it not

Yeah but i think you need to learn how to code, plus it would probably be very easy to screw up the game if you mess around with the ai to much.

impossible right now, only P100 could FSM mod.

Wait, I think that once I installed the GEP, Rex and other carnivores used to sniff, at least before eating dead corpses. Maybe you could research how they did that?

Yeah, I know, but we can't rely on MG. Most of the FSM Modders are inactive, if not all.
