A skin i made during holydays.

Holydays didn't stopped me from making atleast one skin.
so i've made an albertosaurus skin:

And since i've got the textures template for the alberto and the trex, the joint issues were not a problem.

I love the,while bland,very detailed textures,it makes them look a bit more realistic
makes me wish i still had JPOG(Then again,maybe if i didn't lose it i wouldn't have discovered my hidden talent)

thanks omar, i've missed your compliments.
i made it 512x512 then i had to resize it to fit the original jpog alberto and it lost a lot of details -.-

Nice job! This really makes you think what alberto wold have looked like in real life.

Anyway, I like it. It sure have lost some details, but still awesome.

That is very unfortunate RSR, I would have loved to see this skin with all of its details. It's good to see that you put the Albertosaurus UV I gave you to good use... beautiful use at that!

RSR, in order to view skin, you must convert .TMD to .blend or .nif.

the albertosaurus skin look's like ornitholesties from MrGorsh and MR rugops

yeah I can see the ornitholestes. Color-wise at least, but thats about it

That's because RSR made it using MR Rugops

How can you do it?

You import the models into Gmax, and then extract the templates from there. But the plug in he made may or may not work, I myself would already have given you all the templates if the plugin worked for me.
EDIT; I just noticed the plug in works for 3DS MAX aswell, so I'll try and get them in a minute!

i actually used milkshape.

So does that mean you have the UV's already? The programs I use only let me save them as UVW's instead of BMP's.

yes, i extracted the uv of one of the ferns (i think it was fern 2):
