I know there is (not that big) joint neck issue, but i can't make it better.
MY PERSONAL RATING FOR SKIN 8/10

In My Opinion 100/10

It looks just fine, you should leave it as it is. maybe only make the head a bit more silver than white and add some scaly overlay pattern so that it's more rugged

But it's already a great quality skin.

I made skin in 8 hours with breaks. You can make a skin with textures in 30 minutes, but it could have ugly joint issues.

T'is a beautiful skin, that has been done brilliantly, and by the looks it, doesn't really need anything else to be done with it.
