MR Spinosaurus

Ok i have made another skin. Its based on the Monsters Resurrected Spinosaurus. And can some one put it in-game?

For some reason it looks like RSRS's latest spino skin? (Not saying that you stole it or anything)

well their both skinning the same dino, and most likely they used the same textures RG.

Don't worry guys. Another similar Spinosaurus skin is in the making But, as the Acro was, it will be a little different, simply because i have different textures and concept.

Also: I like the skin maybe except the sail. It looks like he was thrown under a truck then put back together from bonescraps.

Haha this took like 10 minutes and yes the sail looks like crap and i didnt try on this one as much as my first skin. My first recreation of the sail looked way more horrible than this. Then i redid it and got that. (its still better then the last sail) EDIT: Can anyone tell me how to remove joint problems?

I'm using simple-in-planning, hard to withstand and usually time-inefficient method, but it works... well you can check if it does in my skin pack :/

1. Put skin in TML.
2. Create small island site B, create some dinosaurs of the species you skin, save the game.
3. Look for the places where legs/hands/neck/tail are "attached" to body, also places where you changed one texture to another (ex. bigger scales to smaller scales and there is a wide stripe of blurry pattern) - check if the texture of leg matches/is_similar to the one on the body and if textures blend together nicely.
4. Take a screenshot with fraps if it doesn't match.
5. Have the screenshot open in one window and while editing the skin try to put same textures on the body/limb parts that are linked together on screenshot. Remember of screenshot. It's your friend so you can see what you need to change.
6. Fix texture around so you don't have a highly different spots on dino's body.

Continue until it's done. I know it looks hard and takes A LOT of time, but using this method is my way to check if my skin fits its environment (so that I can make it brighter/darker after the checks done, or even change whole skin's colouring) and lacks major joint issues.
