Sorry it took so long. A LOT of things were going on. The family computer crashed, so I had to move to this laptop, lucky that none of my JPOG stuff was destroyed.  :phew:

ANYWAY, This new skin fixes the bugs pointed out by Mr.Gorsh. Also, the horns have been shorted just a tad so it doesn't look like he's wearing a helmet.

DOWNLOAD

(Once again, the Saltasaurs are not included. They aren't finished just yet.)

I think you will be disappointed by this review, but I still see some minor issues that your skin has and that destroy the end effect of your hard work. First of all - blurring the joints was a good idea, but you should make the blurred areas merge with the wrinkled ones better - they just stand out too much to look perfect. Next time blur the areas surrounding the joint just a bit, the joint itself - as you wish.. Second - arms. You did put some stripes on the inside of arms, but why not the outside? It would look 20% cooler with arms notblending with the body! The last and least important - when making new skin, try to add new teeth to it. Personally, I hate allo's default teeth set, they are laid as if he went from a mad dentist who ripped half of his teeth. But other than that, you did a great job improving your skin and it's almost perfect! Keep up good work. 4 and half stars.

Actually, I'm not dissapointed at all. The rating's A HUGE improvement, and I thank you. Even though there will be a V3 sooner or later, I'm actually going to take a break on the Carno and work on a Utahraptor or finish the Saltasaurs. (BTW: In V3, I'm going to TRY to include the Carnotaur Roars from Disney's Dinosaur Very Happy) Anyway, Thanks Again!

I have 2 questions:
1st: Is this MSTed(so it won't replace the allo)?
2nd: Did you change is name to carnotaurus? Question

1. You have the option in the download to have it MSTed or Not (it also explains how to keep your other Allo skin).
2. If you follow the MST instructions correctly, yes, the new Allo's name will be "Carnotaurus".

Pardon my ignorance, I'm new to the whole modding thing.

This an entirely new dino, not just a reskin, correct?

Not a new model, seeing as how its impossible, but its through a way called MSTing. That's where you copy another dino model (in this case, the Allo) and change its skin; without replacing the original. So yes, this is kind of a New Dino. Just follow the New Dino file's Read Me correctly and you'll be set! Very Happy

BTW: This process sadly replaces the old Allo's skin, BUT THAT CAN BE FIXED! At the very bottom of the Read Me, it tells you how. Wink

Ok, so in essence it is a new dino just with a pre-existing model. Works for me. And yes, I hope I can change the normal Allo skin, as I am quite attached to the one I have currently.
