u use a hex editor? i thought u used some type of model editing program. the way u describe it seems similar to skinning, problem is i dont know which hex starts an animation or which hex ends an animation. can you help me out on that part please?

Ok someguy, you just press the search button and press find to look for the animation, then when you find it, place the cursor right before the first letter of the animation, then you change it to the name of the animation you want. But the animation being replaced must have less, or equal number of letters than the new animation. Got it? Cause I won't repeat myself since I know people find it hard to understand.

ur talking about using the hex editor right? im capable of using the hex editor, only problem is wat file am i opening? i tried opening the TMD files in the Model folder with the Hex Editor but all i find are a bunch of random unicodes, text and numbers. also, my hex editor doesn't allow text searches. i can only enter a series of hex codes.

EDIT: nvm, im able to search. i searched call and got this: Call_01_Lp i just want you to verify whether or not im on the right track.

oh ummm...i cant remember. it was probably a homalocaphele model. anyways how do you know which animation is which (like which animation does this and that)?

It's like this: when the pachy, styrac, toro, and trike headbutt predators, they use the hbut_st and hbut_ed animations, when the carnivores attack the prey down to the ground, they use the snap_lo_lp animation, when the large carns grab small prey into the mouth then shake it and swallow it, they use the grab_st, grab_shake_lp, and grab_swal_ed animations, and when the Brachiosaurus rears up(unrealistically), and stomps hard, it is using the spcl_gen_ru and idle_post_lp animation.
