Improved EdDfnd Mod Version 2!

I had discreetly announced this to only a few members....you know who you are.

Anyway, this is a more enhanced version of the first Improved EdDfnd Mod I posted here.....

I present to you....

THE IMPROVED EDMONTOSAURUS DEFENSE MOD VERSION 2!!!!!!! cheers

This new version, after over a month in progress, has now been released! And contains more features!

So here's what has been added:

-Edmontosaurus, when faced with multiple carnivores, will rear up at random points to see which one's the closest. If it's a small carnivore, it will attack. If it's a bigger carnivore, it will choose to retreat.

-When ramming a carnivore from a good distance, Edmontosaurus will now lower its head and charge at its target, and when its head is in full range of the carnivore's body, it will flick its head upwards to ram it. Thanks to Edge and Weak for the motivation and idea. Smile

Alternative defensive options:

-Edmontosaurus may now choose, when a big carn has gotten too close, to face its side onto its target and hit it with its massive tail, which can be enough to kill a Ceratosaurus or an Albertosaurus. Smaller carns are out of its range because the tail cannot be lowered down onto their sides. Instead, they may suffer a (more or less) very gruesome death. Inspired by scenes from Disney's Dinosaur.

-As stated above, smaller carns are even more vulnerable to getting killed instantly by a fully grown and healthy Edmontosaurus. Just look at the huge weight difference between a Raptor and an Edmonto. One hit from an Edmonto's leg is enough to kill the small Raptor. Inspired by an episode I watched back then of an Edmontosaurus facing a group of Raptors in JFC(I can't remember if it's the correct program), I decided to take it into account and added it to Edmonto's defensive behavior. That means that small carns can now get crushed by an Edmontosaurus' front foot, even if it's latched on. Latched-on attackers are out of harm's way if they attack the Edmonto from the side, even while the Edmonto is trying to shake them off, but it's a different story if they get too close to the Edmonto's chest....Edmontosaurus will often rear up while shaking to throw them off, and because it's shaking, any attackers near its chest may be thrown out of place. That makes them more likely to be squished, because the Edmonto's front foot can intercept and slam at least one of them to the ground. This is one of the new features I love the most. Twisted Evil

Like in the previous version, this mod contains new Edmont.ini and inx edits, as well as the sounds of Edmontosaurus from Planet Dinosaur.
